Once shipped, you will be emailed with an Hong Kong Post tracking number to follow your order’s journey home.

Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! 

For shipping internationally, we use Hong Kong Post: 

*STANDARD | Flat Rate $20 | 10 – 20 Business Days

*EXPRESS | Flat Rate $40 | 7 – 10 Business Days

 

International | Standard Delivery

We offer a flat-rate $20 STANDARD shipping fee for all international orders. Hong Kong Post provides delivery within 10 - 20 business days.

 

International |  Express Delivery

We offer a flat-rate $40 EXPRESS shipping fee for all international orders. Hong Kong Post within 7 - 10 business days.

*All transit times are a guide only and exclude time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of CARBALI's control.

  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS | IMPORT TAXES

For international customers, please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Please note CARBALI is required to declare the full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with each delivery. For further information please contact your local customs office.

 

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will be emailed with a Hong Kong Post tracking number to follow your order’s journey home.

You will be able to track your item through the Hong Kong Post website: https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/mail_tracking/index.html

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection, and for applicable duties & taxes to be paid. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us for further tracking updates.

CARBALI does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.

 

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at info@carbali.hk

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and CARBALI will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 

Once shipped, CARBALI does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, CARBALI will assist you to open a case enquiry with Hong Kong Post. For international customers, please note that an enquiry into a missing delivery can not be opened until 21 days past the dispatch date.
