Do I need to register?

Please register before shopping, your personal details will be saved. You will save much time for future purchase.

 

How to order?

  1.   Select the color, size and quantity, then click add to cart.
  2.   Continue shopping or log in to complete your purchase.
  3.   Fill in your personal information and pay with credit card through PayPal or bank in.
  4.   You will receive a confirmation email when your payment is done.

 

How to use discount code?

After clicking the checkout button, please enter the discount code before you confirm the payment to enjoy the discount or special offer.

 

How much is the delivery fee?

We provide FREE delivery local with purchase over HK$300 and worldwide with purchase over HK$2500.   For orders involve shipping fee, our teammate will quote shipping fee separately..

 

What is the delivery area and timeline?

We deliver worldwide. Once the order confirmed, item(s) will be shipped within 3 working days. It takes 3-14 working days to deliver (subject to destination).  For more details, please refer to Shipping & Delivery.

 

What are the delivery methods?

All Hong Kong / Macau orders will be shipped with Hong Kong Post or SF Express.  For other countries, orders will be shipped via a selection of couriers based on your location.   For more details, please refer to Shipping & Delivery.

 

What should I do if I want to change my personal information / order details?

Please contact us at info@carbali.hk as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the extra shipping cost.

 

How to track my orders?

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with the tracking number of your parcel.

 

How to cancel an order?

If your order has not yet to be shipped and you have a special reason to cancel the order, please contact us at info@carbali.hk to request for it. Unfortunately, if your order is on its way, we will not be able to make amendments.

 

Why I receive an email about out of stock items?

We are sorry to inform you that the item(s) you purchased is / are out of stock. We will refund the full amount to your PayPal / Credit Card account.

 

How to Exchange or Return?

We offer exchange and free return with damaged or faulty item within 7 days of receipt.

Can I use CARBALI VIP discount on this online shop?

No. The operation of online shop and any other CARBALI physical stores are separate. VIP discount and other promotions in stores are not application on this online shop.
